The Military Police rescued on the morning of this Sunday (20) three people who were on a helicopter that crashed on Saturday night (19) in Iaras, in the interior of São Paulo.
The aircraft went down on Saturday night, and one of the victims managed to contact police on Sunday morning to call for help. Officers then launched a search operation, with support from the Fire Department and the Águia helicopter.
On Sunday morning, all three victims were found alive in a densely wooded area with difficult access. They were airlifted by the Águia helicopter for medical treatment.
There is still no information on what may have caused the accident.
