DUSHANBE, October 20. /TASS/. Russia considers the development of joint production and mutual investment within the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) a priority and urges member states to explore these opportunities, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said on Tuesday.
"It is important to focus on joint production and mutual investment," Mishustin told an expanded meeting of the SCO Council of Heads of Government. "We invite our colleagues to take a closer look at these opportunities."
Mishustin noted that Russia offers a range of state support measures for investors, including incentives in special economic zones and investment protection and promotion agreements. More than 70 major projects are already underway under these frameworks, the prime minister added.
