MOSCOW, October 30. /TASS/. Russian-African relations are, on the whole, developing successfully and at a very good pace, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with the transitional President of Madagascar, Michael Randrianirina.
"Russia's relations with Africa are developing quite successfully, at a good pace, and with good quality," Putin noted.
The events of the third Russia-Africa summit, held at the Kremlin, concluded the day before. The Russian leader has already given a very high appraisal of both the summit itself and the agreements reached during it.
