The Kenyan superstar kicked clear in the last 10 kilometres of the race, to finish in 2 hours 9 minutes and 10 seconds.
Kipchoge beat Australians Thomas Do Canto and Reece Edwards, while New Zealand runner Camille French won the women's race.
