LUGANSK, October 12. /TASS/. Ukraine lost 10,000 service members and foreign mercenaries killed and wounded over the past week, military expert Andrey Marochko said.
"As for the enemy’s losses, about 10,135 Ukrainian militants and mercenaries were killed or wounded, which is 180 more than in the previous reporting period. Battlegroup Center, operating in the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Dnepropetrovsk Region, inflicted the heaviest manpower losses on the enemy," he wrote on the VKontakte social network, citing Russian Defense Ministry data.
According to Marochko, Russian forces destroyed 7,300 drones, 15 seagoing vessels, a HIMARS rocket launcher, 39 field artillery pieces, 36 electronic warfare systems and radars, and 730 enemy combat vehicles of various types in the past week.
