MOSCOW, October 9. /TASS/. The Russian Armed Forces destroyed Ukrainian temporary troop deployment sites in the Orekhov area of the Zaporozhye Region using two FAB-3000 aerial bombs, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.

The Russian Defense Ministry released footage of combat operations by Russian Aerospace Forces crews targeting Ukrainian facilities in the Kharkov and Zaporozhye Regions. As a result of reconnaissance operations, locations of enemy personnel concentrations were identified. Russian Aerospace Forces crews struck the targets at the moments of maximum concentration of Ukrainian personnel.

"As a result, near the Prikolotnoye settlement in the Kharkov Region, four high-precision UMPB gliding bombs destroyed temporary deployment sites used by the Ukrainian armed forces’ 129th Separate Heavy Mechanized Brigade. In the Zaporozhye Region, near Orekhov, Russian Aerospace Forces crews destroyed temporary deployment sites belonging to units of the enemy’s 65th Separate Mechanized Brigade using two FAB-3000 aerial bombs equipped with universal gliding and correction modules," the statement said.

In addition, a stronghold of the Ukrainian armed forces’ 128th Separate Heavy Mechanized Brigade was destroyed in an air-to-ground missile strike near the Kushugum settlement in the Zaporozhye Region. Real-time data recorders confirmed direct hits on and the destruction of all designated targets, the ministry stated.
