VIENNA, October 29. /TASS/. Ukraine has launched a systematic campaign against Russian civilians using the drones supplied by their Western sponsors, said Russia’s permanent representative to the OSCE Dmitry Polyansky.
According to him, in just a few days last week, 22 civilians were injured in attacks on passenger buses in Russia. Since the beginning of the year, the number of civilian buses attacked by Ukraine has reached 328.
"This is not collateral damage. This is a system, this is a methodical hunt for peaceful people using drones supplied to Kiev by its Western sponsors," he said at a regular meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council.
