Incident at CSD in Berlin ++ Car Drives into Crowd - One Dead and Injured ++
A van drives into a crowd on the sidelines of Berlin's Christopher Street Day. One person dies, at least 14 others are injured.
An eyewitness told the AFP news agency that a delivery van had turned at high speed from Lennéstraße into the Tiergarten, hitting at least two people in the process. The dpa news agency reported that a white vehicle was on Ahornsteig, parallel to Lennéstraße, at around 10:00 p.m. There it struck several people before colliding with a tree. The driver then left the vehicle and fled in an unknown direction.
