ISTANBUL, October 22. /TASS/. Nord Stream gas pipelines will start functioning again at a certain moment of time, Russian Presidential Special Envoy for Investment and Economic Cooperation with Foreign Countries and Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) CEO Kirill Dmitriev said at the Verona Eurasian Economic Forum.
"There are absolutely no doubts Nord Streams 1 and 2 will operate again at a certain moment of time and it is inevitable," Dmitriev said.
The more transactions with the United States will be made, the more European companies would like to join them, he added.
