A new video by Roberto Vannacci, depicting him with the appearance of a Roman commander created using artificial intelligence, shows him interceding with a fake President Sergio Mattarella to obtain a pardon for Mario Roggero. The footage appears on the Instagram profile of the Futuro Nazionale leader, who adds a few lines: "Pardon for Roggero." And, after the symbol of clasped hands, the word "Amen" and a link to the Change.org petition for clemency. The video also features a figure resembling the President of the Republic's daughter. Following Vannacci's proposal, in which he shows the head of state a scroll of paper, the word "Gratia" lights up on the sheet. Then comes Mattarella's decision before the statue of the blindfolded goddess of justice. Finally, Vannacci is seen going to announce the news to Roggero, and the jeweller, now free, is welcomed by the crowd and embraced by his wife.
Against a backdrop of epic music, the footage begins with the advance of Robertus Vannaccius into the study of the presumed Mattarella, seated in senatorial robes. The general hands him a scroll of a document sealed with a red seal. Also awaiting the decision are other Romans resembling some FnV deputies such as Rossano Sasso, and Vannacci himself with his gaze lowered and looking anxious. Shortly afterwards, the word "Gratia" appears on the document, bursting into flames for a few seconds. The official confirmation comes through the scales of the blindfolded goddess of justice: the pan on which the diadem — the symbol of approval for the pardon — has been placed, weighs more. While Roggero weeps, it is the general who personally announces the pardon to him, entering his cell, removing the chains from his wrists and escorting him outside among the cheering crowd. In the final scene, Roggero's sigh, his embrace with his wife, and the satisfied looks of Vannacci and presumably his wife are all visible.
