A curfew has been imposed on Paris’ Place de la Republique, located at the intersection of the 3rd, 10th, and 11th arrondissements, as well as on several streets in the Le Hallier neighborhood of the historic 1st arrondissement, due to the unrest, BFMTV reported, citing members of the Paris City Council.
According to the television channel, the curfew will be in effect from 10:00 p.m. on Monday until 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday (8:00 p.m.-4:00 a.m. GMT) and will apply to all citizens.
