A one minute and 14 second video, in which Abderrahim Fakir can be seen on the ground, still bound with zip ties at his ankles and with his arms behind his back. Around him are 4 Red Cross rescue workers. Two are performing resuscitation maneuvers: one carrying out chest compressions and another providing ventilation. The defibrillator wires are attached to his body. Nearby, also on his knees, is an officer. This is what can be seen in a video provided to ANSA by the lawyers representing the man's family. "His face is bloodied and has dark brown marks from pepper spray sprayed at very close range. The resuscitation is taking place while he is still bound," says lawyer Fabio Anselmo.
