MOSCOW, September 18. /TASS/. Russia condemns today’s terrorist attack in Kohat, Pakistan, and expresses its condolences to the families of the victims, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.
Moscow firmly condemns terrorism in all its forms and continues to consistently advocate that the whole world come together to combat this threat, she said in a statement.
"We take reports of the terrorist attack that occurred on September 18 in the Pakistani city of Kohat with grave concern. As a result of an attack by a group of terrorists, including a suicide bomber, on a police station 16 people were killed and more than 50 were injured," she said.
"We firmly condemn terrorism in all its manifestations. We consistently advocate for the unification of efforts by all countries of the world to effectively combat this common threat. We send our sincere condolences to the families of the victims and wish the injured a speedy recovery.".
