MOSCOW, October 5. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has supported a proposal to create a neural network tailored for educational purposes.

On Monday, the president met with teachers who had won major national awards. One of the educators, a computer science teacher, proposed the idea of creating a neural network for the field of education. Such an AI system could be tailored to educational objectives and trained based on standardized educational curricula, he explained.

"This is a very good proposal. I wish I thought of it myself <…>, but the idea is absolutely right. We need a unified platform, a unified network that would bring together everything you just mentioned," Putin said, adding that such a neural network could incorporate standardized curricula and textbooks and help teachers navigate all this on their own.
