MOSCOW, October 28. /TASS/. Russia has a full technology stack to create large generative models, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced at the Russia-Africa Economic and Humanitarian Forum.
"I must emphasize that our country possesses the full tech stack to build large generative models. In particular, we have two proprietary large language models," he said.
As the President noted, innovative Russian companies have developed technologies that radically transform the quality of services and created platform-based solutions that allow citizens to seamlessly perform banking transactions and order goods and services.
"Digital solutions in healthcare, which are being rolled out nationwide, make it possible to significantly boost doctors' productivity, improve access to medical care, and diagnose diseases at their earliest stages. Naturally, the list of such achievements is much broader," the Russian leader concluded.
