The Milan Surveillance Court has declared inadmissible the request for a stay of sentence, linked to the petition for a pardon, filed by Mario Roggero, the jeweller from Grinzane Cavour who was definitively sentenced to 14 years and 9 months for killing two robbers and wounding a third who had attacked his shop. The ruling, the second after the one from Turin, was filed this morning and is in line with the request made by the public prosecutor's office.
