MOSCOW, October 25. /TASS/. Russia and the United States have not arranged a bilateral meeting between Presidents Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump on the sidelines of the APEC summit where a three-way interaction involving Chinese President Xi Jinping is planned, Russian Presidential Aide Yury Ushakov said, adding that such an encounter is possible.

"We haven’t agreed on this meeting yet because, up until now, the discussion has focused on this trilateral contact," he told Vesti reporter Pavel Zarubin.

"If two presidents happen to be in the same place, they will at least greet each other and have a conversation <...>. Major international summits like these create significant opportunities for such interaction," Ushakov added.
