Mario Adinolfi is going to prison. He had been under house arrest since July on charges of aggravated and repeated fraud, unlawful collection of savings, unauthorized financial activity, and failure to file tax returns. The tightening of the measure was carried out by officers from the Provincial Command of the Guardia di Finanza in Rome, acting on behalf of the Prosecutor's Office, and is motivated by Adinolfi's use of social media, in violation of the conditions set out in the order placing him under house arrest.
