In the Senate, the Fratelli d'Italia group has resubmitted the amendment on so-called dragnet wiretapping (already filed in committee) to the justice and migration decree, expected in the chamber today. This is what parliamentary sources report.
The deadline for submitting amendments in the chamber expired at 4:15 pm. FdI's amendment aims to expand the use of telephone conversations in order to open investigations into spy crimes related to the mafia, thereby modifying Article 270 of the code of criminal procedure.
