As of 9:31 a.m. Moscow time (6:31 a.m. GMT), the yuan exchange rate was down by 2.9 kopecks compared with previous closing at 12 rubles. By 9:52 a.m. Moscow time (6:52 a.m. GMT), the yuan exchange rate had extended losses to 3.35 kopecks reaching 11.995 rubles.
