The Russian Finance Ministry expects budget revenues from dividends to amount to 838.4 bln rubles ($10 bln) in 2027, 914 bln rubles in 2028, and 986 bln rubles in 2029, according to an explanatory note to the draft federal budget for 2027-2029. The document has been uploaded to the State Duma’s electronic database.
This year’s revenues from dividends are expected at 807.6 bln rubles ($9.7 bln), according to the ministry. In 2025, they totaled 1.004 trillion rubles.
