Enilive, through its subsidiary Enilive Deutschland, and Prax have signed a binding agreement for the acquisition of 100% of OIL! Tankstellen, a company operating in the sale of mobility products and services in Germany, Denmark, Austria and Switzerland. The completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the relevant authorities.
Thanks to this acquisition, a statement reads, Enilive will expand its network by approximately 320 service stations, strengthening its presence in key markets and expanding into the Danish market. Enilive currently operates approximately 5,300 stations across Europe.
Following the completion of the transaction, OIL! service stations will be progressively integrated into the Enilive network, which combines the offering of traditional fuels with a wide availability of low-emission mobility products, such as HVO diesel, the biofuel produced 100% from renewable raw materials at Enilive's biorefineries in Venice and Gela, currently on sale at over 1,700 stations across Europe. The Enilive offering also includes fast and ultra-fast charging points for electric vehicles (developed in collaboration with Plenitude On The Road, a company controlled by Plenitude), convenience stores and dining options.
