"It is significant that all the leaders spoke unanimously in favor of continuing the practice of regular Russia-Africa summits," he said.
"Russia, within the scope of its capabilities and through its traditional means, will provide every possible form of support," the Russian leader emphasized
The West has not achieved its goal of inflicting a strategic defeat on Russia, and it is unlikely that this will be possible by 2030, the Russian president said
