MOSCOW, October 1. /TASS/. Arms deliveries between states are no cause for Moscow’s worry but other countries’ direct involvement in combat operations against Russia poses such a concern, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a plenary session of the 23rd annual meeting of the Valdai International Discussion Club.
"Arms deliveries by some countries to other states are nothing new as this is military-technical cooperation and this does not cause our concern. However, the involvement of other countries in direct combat operations, undoubtedly, causes a concern," the Russian leader said.
