MOSCOW, October 2. /TASS/. The latest ground-based missile system, Izdeliye 347, equipped with light multi-purpose guided missiles (LMG), was used during the main stage of the strategic command and staff exercises Center-2026, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
"During the main stage of the Center-2026 exercise at the Chebarkul training ground, the latest ground-based missile system Izdeliye 347 with a modified lightweight multi-purpose guided missile was used to destroy the enemy’s artillery positions identified by aerial reconnaissance," it said in a statement.
The ministry said that the ground-based missile system, based on a truck, is designed for high-precision destruction of important stationary and moving targets at a range of up to 20 kilometers.
