MOSCOW, October 30. /TASS/. Ukrainian drone attacks on Moscow do not hamper preparations for trilateral talks between Russia, Ukraine and the US, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"No, this does not complicate matters," he told Rossiyskaya Gazeta when asked about the issue. Moscow’s air defenses are operating effectively, Peskov added.
"But the Kiev regime is, of course, casting itself in a negative light, because our guests [participants in the Russia-Africa summit] take a dim view of this," the Kremlin spokesman pointed out.
