LUGANSK, September 27. /TASS/. The Ukrainian command is redeploying additional forces and assets to the settlements of Prikoltnoye and Khatneye in the Kharkov region, military expert Andrey Marochko told TASS.
"The Ukrainian command is currently redeploying additional forces and assets to the areas of the settlements of Prikoltnoye and Khatneye in the Kharkov region. They are still attempting to punch a hole in the 'fire trap' that has formed there," he said.
Marochko noted that the Russian armed forces hold advantages that prevent Ukrainian troops from carrying out their plan.
