Alberto Matano is the new judge on Ballando con le stelle. The official announcement came today during TG1Talks, the TG1 podcast hosted by Giorgia Cardinaletti.
Today's podcast guest was none other than the host of 'La Vita in Diretta' and the "tesoretto" judge on the Rai 1 dance show, and during the episode a call came in from host Milly Carlucci. The official confirmation. Matano is leaving the tesoretto seat to take his place at the judges' table on the show, which is now without Selvaggia Lucarelli and Fabio Canino. "It was a secret, I haven't spoken to anyone about it," Matano was keen to assure. "The news is that Alberto," said the dance show's host - whose Saturday evening programme on Rai 1 returns on 3 October - "I am asking you to join the jury. So I'm asking you to leave the role, as you put it, of Father Ralph and instead become one of our very aggressive judges," said Milly.
