The amendment for the reinstatement of no-vax doctors remains at a dead end. The bill on healthcare professions, which contains the provision presented by Fratelli d'Italia, is not on the agenda for next week's session of the Chamber's Social Affairs Committee, where the assignment of the mandate to the rapporteur had already been expected in recent days. On Wednesday, at the end of the last committee board meeting, the same committee was still indicating next week as the timeframe for concluding the preliminary examination.

The new postponement, according to multiple parliamentary sources, confirms that the political knot is far from untied. The reinstatement of no-vax doctors continues to be weighed down by divisions within the majority, particularly between FdI and Forza Italia, compounded by the tensions that have emerged between Health Minister Orazio Schillaci and Undersecretary Marcello Gemmato.
