Trade unionist Facundo Moyano is being investigated for contempt of court, following an alleged meeting he purportedly had with his girlfriend Candela Arizaga, in violation of the perimeter restrictions imposed against him.

The investigation is being carried out by Buenos Aires Criminal, Contravention and Misdemeanor Prosecutor's Office No. 3, amid the restrictions imposed following accusations against him of minor assault and unlawful deprivation of liberty after the young woman was seen running semi-naked through Barrancas de Belgrano.
