Russia’s Uralvagonzavod Group (UVZ, part of the Rostec State Corporation) is developing next-generation tanks and combat vehicles and integrating the latest technologies into its mass-produced armored vehicles, the UVZ press service reported on the occasion of the company’s 90th anniversary, which will be marked on October 11.
"Since the start of the special military operation, Uralvagonzavod has increased the output of military equipment severalfold, and made over 300 different modifications to its armored vehicles to enhance their combat performance and protection. Rolling off the tank assembly line today are the T-72B3M tank and T-90M Proryv tank, which President Vladimir Putin has called the best tank, as well as the BMPT Spiridon tank support fighting vehicles, and engineering and specialized vehicles. "The development of advanced tanks and combat vehicles is underway, and the latest technologies are being integrated into mass-produced armored vehicles," the statement said.
