The Monza Prosecutor's Office, led by Claudio Gittardi, has requested the dismissal of the investigation strand, forwarded in recent months by Milan prosecutors, which had named former referee designator Gianluca Rocchi, former VAR supervisor Andrea Gervasoni, and former VAR officials Luigi Nasca and Rodolfo Di Vuolo as suspects for complicity in sporting fraud. The chapter in question concerned the so-called "knocks" at the VAR room in Lissone during certain matches between 2024 and 2025. According to the Prosecutor's Office, the investigation's documents revealed no conduct "of a fraudulent nature" nor any "intent" to "alter" results.
