There is no doubt — Transfermarkt underlines — that Haaland and Norway were one of the most remarkable stories of USA, Mexico and Canada 2026. Alongside the Norwegian is the Spanish ace: winning the World Cup after the Euros at just 19 years of age carries a particular significance nonetheless. "He has confirmed his status as the greatest talent in the world — said Tobias Kröger, Transfermarkt's market values coordinator — He has already achieved more success and gained more experience than Lionel Messi at the same age." Meanwhile, four players have reached or surpassed the 100 million euro threshold. Among them is world champion Pau Cubarsí (+20 million), who, alongside Arsenal's William Saliba, is now the most valuable central defender in the world. The same applies to Enzo Fernández and two Englishmen: Elliot Anderson (110 million, +35, the biggest riser) and Morgan Rogers (110 million, +20), both in connection with their recent staggering transfers.
