UN, October 15. /TASS/. At least 10,253 Russian civilians have been affected by Ukrainian attacks since early 2026, Rodion Miroshnik, Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry, told Chairman of the UN Human Rights Committee Changrok Soh.
"Among all the legal norms applicable during an armed conflict, the right to life is paramount. Since the beginning of the year, the number of civilians affected by Ukrainian militants has already reached 10,253. In April, Kiev received huge amounts of money, weapons, and blessings from the European Union, and was allowed to use all of this for terrorist activities against the civilian population of Russia," the diplomat said.
