The GIP of the Brescia court has accepted the Prosecutor's request to archive the position of former Deputy Prosecutor of Pavia Mario Venditti. The news, first reported by Milo Infante on Retequattro during the regular broadcast 'Ore 11', was confirmed to ANSA by sources from the courthouse. Venditti was accused of having received money to facilitate the archiving of Andrea Sempio's position in the 2017 investigation into the Garlasco murder. "The criminal hypothesis remains intact, but concerns other individuals," the same sources told ANSA. For this reason, the documents will be transferred to Pavia.
