Online fashion retailer Shein has announced that it will list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange starting September 1, targeting a market capitalisation of up to 23 billion euros.
The fast fashion giant plans to offer 280 million shares at a price ranging between HK$47.60 and HK$49.50, raising up to HK$13.86 billion (approximately 1.5 billion euros at the current exchange rate), for a market capitalisation of HK$210.3 billion (approximately 23 billion euros).
