Caixa Econômica Federal will draw contest 3036 of the Mega-Sena lottery starting at 11am this Sunday (26). The estimated main prize, which has been carried over, is expected to reach R$70 million.
The drawing will take place at Espaço da Sorte, on Avenida Paulista, in São Paulo, with a live broadcast on Caixa's YouTube and Facebook channels. Folha will publish the drawn numbers shortly after.
Since last week, the draws for all lotteries that previously took place on Saturdays, including Mega-Sena, have been moved to Sundays.
Bets can be placed until 10pm the day before at lottery outlets, on the Caixa lottery portal, and on the app. Group bets, in turn, can be made through Caixa's electronic channels up to 15 minutes before the draw.
A simple Mega-Sena bet costs R$6 and can be placed until 8pm at lottery houses, on the Loterias Online portal, and on the Loterias Caixa app. The exception applies to digital group bets, which can be purchased until 8:30pm exclusively through the Loterias Online portal and the app.
The probability of winning for someone who places a six-number bet (worth R$6) in the Mega-Sena is one in more than 50 million. With a seven-number bet (which costs R$42), the odds improve to one in 7.1 million.
HOW TO PLAY
Via the website
- Access the Loterias Online website
- Confirm that you are over 18 years old. Then click "access" in the upper right corner. If it is your first time, register. Otherwise, log in using your CPF and password
- Scroll down and, under the Mega-Sena option, click the "Bet Now!" icon
- Choose the numbers you want to bet on. Indicate whether you want to bet with more numbers and whether you want to activate the "surpresinha" (random selection) and/or the "teimosinha" (repeat bet) options
- When you are done, click "add to cart" just below
- Payment can be made by Pix, credit card, or Recargapay
- Follow the payment instructions and confirm the purchase
- After the draw, go to the website, log in, and click "my account"
- Then click "bets" and then "check bets"
- If you have won, the prize you will receive and the withdrawal procedures will be displayed
Via the app
- Download the Loterias Caixa app, available for free on Android and iOS
- After the introduction, log in or register
- On the home screen, locate the Mega-Sena and click "bet"
- Select the desired numbers and indicate whether you want to use more numbers and whether you intend to activate the "teimosinha" and "surpresinha" options
- When finished, select "add to betting cart" at the bottom of the screen
- If you want to place another bet, repeat the procedure above. When done, click "betting cart"
- Check your bets and, if everything is correct, go to "proceed to payment method"
- Payment can be made by Pix, credit card, or Recargapay
- Follow the payment instructions and confirm the purchase
- After the draw, open the app. Open the menu by clicking the button in the upper left corner and choose "my area" and then "my bets." This section will show whether you have won or not
Via Internet Banking
- If you have a Caixa account, access the Internet Banking platform with your login and password
- Click on lotteries
- Choose Mega-Sena and then bet (the limit for this betting method is R$500 per day, from 7am to 8pm, the deadline for closing bets)
- Select the quantity of numbers for your game (from 6 to 9 per card)
- Choose your numbers and click "add bet"
- If you wish, repeat this operation to complete three games and then click "finish"
- Then, simply enter the six digits of your electronic password to confirm the payment
- Afterwards, just return to the lottery home screen and click on "my bets" to confirm the games made.
