MOSCOW, October 8. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with all participants in the upcoming Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) summit in Turkmenistan on the sidelines of the event, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
"The president will have [an opportunity] to communicate with all other participants on the sidelines of these cultural events tonight. It means that he will talk with almost everyone on the sidelines," he said.
Peskov pointed out that Putin was scheduled to hold a number of working meetings on the sidelines of the CIS summit and the Caspian Environmental Summit. In particular, he will meet with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian on Friday.
