MOSCOW, October 6. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has made it clear what Russia's response will be in the event of an attack on the Kaliningrad Region or any other region of the country, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a press conference.
"At the Valdai forum, the president answered the question very clearly as to what would happen if there was an attack on the Kaliningrad Region after all. He said: ‘There will be one answer to the Kaliningrad Region, to any other region’," the Foreign Minister said.
Earlier, on the sidelines of the plenary session of the XXIII meeting of the Valdai International Discussion Club, Putin said that the issue of Russia using all available weapons would inevitably and immediately come up on the agenda if it came to a direct attack on the Kaliningrad Region or other regions.
