MOSCOW, October 19. /TASS/. The air defense systems deployed by Ukraine overnight night failed to intercept a single Russian ballistic missile, according to data published by the Ukrainian Air Force on its Telegram channel.

On Monday morning, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that strikes had been carried out overnight against targets in Ukraine, including military-industrial facilities, storage sites for cruise missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles, and a data center in Kiev and the Kiev Region.

Earlier, The Washington Post reported that the Ukrainian military had nearly depleted its stockpile of Patriot missiles, and that deliveries have been irregular since May. For its part, CNN reported that Kiev had been warning its partners for several months that it was running out of Patriot interceptor missiles, which are currently in short supply everywhere.
