Renault continues to grow in Europe and beyond the Old Continent. In the first six months of the year, the diamond brand sold nearly 830,000 cars (829,518 to be precise), 2.6% more than the same period in 2025, with 50% of vehicles sold outside Europe. In the Old Continent, sales rose by 2.8%, globally by 2.8%, and commercial vehicles increased by 4.1%.

"We are on the right track to achieve our goal of over 2 million vehicles sold under Renault brands by 2030," commented global sales director Ivan Segal. The manager highlighted in particular the "strong growth" in Northern Europe, with an overall growth rate of 14%, across cars and vans, against a market average of 6%, driven by an 81% increase in electric vehicles.
