A 41-year-old man died in Bellona (Caserta) after diving into a small lake in the Triflisco area. The incident occurred yesterday evening, shortly before 8 p.m., when the alarm was raised.
A firefighting crew from the Central Command headquarters responded to the scene, along with the SFA unit (Fluvial and Flood Rescue). The firefighters got to work with a rubber dinghy and managed to recover the body of the 41-year-old, who was already lifeless. It appears the man suffered a sudden illness.
