US administration officials held constructive talks on resolving the conflict in Ukraine with Kirill Dmitriev, the Russian president's special representative for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries and CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, Reuters reported, citing a US official.
The talks took place on Monday, the agency said. The participants also discussed possible US-Russian energy initiatives after the conflict ends.
