MOSCOW, October 25. /TASS/. Russia is creating favorable conditions for Western companies that have remained in the country, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
"We strive to create appropriate, favorable conditions for them," he told Vesti reporter Pavel Zarubin.
Some companies were practically in tears as they left Russia under pressure from Western European governments, he added.
"When certain companies left under pressure from Western European governments, our friends from those countries were practically in tears," Putin said.
