After the season of major open-air concerts in stadiums and arenas (with Ultimo setting a record with his 250,000 spectators on the Tor Vergata esplanade), from September onwards — apart from a few late-summer exceptions — the baton passes to indoor venues, with a calendar that already looks very packed.
September traditionally marks the month of the restart (even though the summer of 2026 never really seemed to slow down in terms of live events). Jovanotti in particular kept the momentum going: unlike many of his peers, he kicked off in August with shows at arenas across central and southern Italy, and is expected for a double date on 12 and 13 September at the Circo Massimo for the grand finale of Summer Party 2026 – L'arca Di Lorè. Gianni Morandi also returns to the stage for the summer leg of the C'era un ragazzo Estate 2026 tour, a tribute to the 60th anniversary of the iconic song, which will see him perform at around fifteen new open-air dates starting on 31 August in Este.
September, however, opens in the name of the Hollywood Vampires, the superband formed by Alice Cooper, Joe Perry and Johnny Depp, who will play Segrate on the 1st and Este on the 2nd, with a show that blends classic rock with great tributes to music history. On 6 September, David Guetta lands for the first time at the Ippodromo Snai San Siro in Milan, on the I-Days Milano stage, for the only Italian date of his Monolith Tour. The same venue hosts the return of the iconic rap duo Marracash and Guè, ten years after Santeria: the two artists will animate the evening of 12 September with all the hits they have crafted together over 20 years of career.
Biagio Antonacci, following his 10 dates at the Teatro Greco di Tindari and 10 at the Anfiteatro Romano di Lucera, takes up residency in Gardone Riviera from 6 September, and then at the Teatro Grande di Pompei from 22 September (another ten dates at both locations). Francesco De Gregori also has a double residency of 10 dates with Nevergreen (Perfette sconosciute), a series of intimate concerts that from 27 October will be held at the Teatro Sala Umberto in Rome and from 25 November at the Teatro Out Off in Milan. Emma has a date set for 9 September in Milan, for her second Ippodromo show, following her July date at the Capannelle in Rome. Negramaro close their Una storia ancora semplice tour with their 20 September date at the Arena di Verona, before embarking on what has been announced as a lengthy hiatus. Ligabue brings the party for La Notte di Certe Notti to indoor arenas, starting on 22 September at the Arena di Verona and wrapping up after 14 dates on 24 October at the Arena Milano.
The iconic, multiple Grammy Award-winning American rock band Evanescence play on 28 September — the only Italian date of their world tour — at the Unipol Arena in Bologna, to celebrate twenty years of career. The Pooh — who spend the first days of September on the final dates of their summer tour — pull out all the stops for the celebration of their 60 years of history, cementing their status as one of the most enduring and beloved bands of all time. With "Pooh 60 – La nostra storia," between the end of September and the end of October, they will visit 6 cities with double dates (Florence, Turin, Rome, Milan, Eboli, Bari), preceded by a double warm-up date (Bergamo), for a total of 14 dates in Italian indoor arenas, plus a special date on 24 October at the Unipol Arena in Bologna.
October sees the return of Claudio Baglioni, following his break from
health problems: seven dates (24, 25, 27, 28, 30, 31 and November 1) at Piazza di Siena in Villa Borghese, a preview of the tour postponed to next year. Anastacia also returns - after a summer preview - with three dates to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Not That Kind, the debut album that consecrated her as one of the greatest pop voices of all time: the 7th in Padua, the 9th in Florence, the 10th in Brescia. With a zero date on October 2, Brunori Sas returns to the theatre with Tuttobrunori, songs and monologues for a show that fuses music, words and narration into a single narrative. A journey into his poetic and human universe in which songs intertwine with reflections, memories, stand-up and monologues. Sal Da Vinci has also chosen the theatre, following his Sanremo triumph and participation in the Eurovision Song Contest: from October 7 to November 7, with two special dates at the Arena Flegrea in Naples on September 25 and 26, he will be touring Italy bringing 50 years of career. Francesco Renga will do the same from October 3 to November 6.
With autumn, Laura Pausini also returns to Italy for the Italian and European segment of her world tour: on October 4, 6 and 7 at the Unipol Forum in Milan, the 17th at the Inalpi Arena in Turin, November 3 at the Unipol Arena in Bologna and the 6th at the Nelson Mandela Forum in Florence. On the 28th in Milan and the 29th in Bologna, Niall Horan also arrives with his tour for the album Dinner Party Live.
Following the preview on May 2 in Rome, Fabrizio Moro takes his Non ho paura di niente, live 2026 on tour in clubs from October 23 starting in Padua, featuring tracks that will be included in his new album of original songs Non ho paura di niente, due out on November 14. J-Ax also opts for clubs on October 10 and 11 at the Fabrique in Milan and October 23 and 24 at the Atlantico in Rome.
From November, arenas are in full swing: among the most anticipated of the autumn season is Bob Dylan, who returns to Italy at 85 to stop in Milan (the 2nd), Rome (the 5th) and Bologna (the 7th). Another international star arriving is Bryan Adams, who lands at the Unipol Dome in Milan on November 28 for a single Italian date in support of his 2025 album, Roll With The Punches. Also at the Milan Dome, Pitbull arrives on November 9 with his I'm back tour, while the 20th and 21st sees the return of Muse.
