How is the draw conducted?
The number draw takes place at the halls of the Lotería de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires and uses four ball machines that form the different numbers: the first corresponds to the thousands, the second to the hundreds, the third to the tens and the fourth to the units. Each of these ball machines contains ten balls numbered from 0 to 9, plus a fifth ball machine that determines the different positions on the board, containing twenty balls numbered from 1 to 20, corresponding to the twenty positions on the board.
How many draws are held per day?
Draws are held four times a day: the Primera (at 12:00), the Matutina (at 14:30), the Vespertina (at 17:30) and the Nocturna (at 21:00).
