A 22-year-old British national who was arrested on suspicion of preparation of terrorist acts in connection with an incident close to RAF Fairford has been released on bail.
The man was arrested in Westminster, London, under Section 5 of the Terrorism Act 2006 on Tuesday, as part of the counter-terror police investigation into the incident near the airbase in Gloucestershire on 27 September.
In total, seven men - all in their 20s - have been arrested in connection with the incident but no one has been charged.
