LONDON, September 28. /TASS/. Saudi Arabia exported about 5.4 mln barrels of oil per day this month, which is almost two times higher than in August when the country shipped around 2.4 mln barrels per day, Reuters reported, citing data from analytics company Kpler.
Crude oil exports from key Middle East producers rebounded in September to 12.8 mln barrels per day, the highest since the US-Israeli military operation against Iran started in late February. Prior to the beginning of the operation, exports in the region exceeded 18.8 mln barrels per day.
The rebound came following a recovery in exports via the Strait of Hormuz, the agency said. In September, exports were set to hit about 7.4 mln barrels per day, the preliminary data showed.
