"I think I know who the killer is. Noemi was living in a situation of subjugation. She was seeing a disturbing person – let's call him Mister X. I don't want to say his name, but I know his time is running out. Tony Proietto? He was wrong not to call the authorities immediately." This was said by Francesca, a friend of Noemi Impellizzeri, who was found dead last August at her home in Riposto (Catania), speaking live on Ore 14, on Rai 2. The only person under investigation is her friend Tony Proietto.

"She was a sunny girl, but fragile," said Francesca. "I have my suspicions. She had bad associations, including one very disturbing person. I think he may have hurt her. I won't say his name – let's call him Mister X. In my opinion his time is running out. I don't understand why he hasn't turned himself in. The RIS came – there's no escaping it. I don't know why he would have killed her. This man's rage speaks for itself. It's madness."

"It's a small town, people talk, we saw who she was spending time with," she continued. "She was living in a situation of subjugation towards this person. She was found in her underwear. I'm waiting for the autopsy results. A sexual approach? I hope I'm wrong, but she never dressed in her underwear, not even in 40-degree heat."

Regarding Tony Proietto, the only person under investigation, Francesca expressed skepticism about his involvement. "He was wrong not to call the authorities immediately." "I hope this man is watching me," she emphasized, speaking about her Mister X. "I know who he is, I know him. I would like to tell him that his time is running out. Noemi will have justice, and it is right that she rest in peace."
