Pop meets the fairies beloved by millennials and Generation Z.
Rainbow, the global content company founded by Iginio Straffi, announces an exclusive collaboration with international star Zara Larsson for Winx Club.
For the first time, two icons of pop culture come together for a crossover project in which the fairies from the saga appear alongside the Swedish-born pop star in a music video blending live action and animation, available on the official Winx Club YouTube channel.
The award-winning singer thus enters the magical universe of Winx Club to win over fans with 'Midnight Sun', the standout hit released in 2025 and nominated at the Grammy Awards for Best Dance Pop Recording. Through her musical style and image, Zara serves as a bridge between the enchanted world of Winx, which accompanied an entire generation through childhood and adolescence, and contemporary audiences.
An excerpt from the music video will be included in new episodes of the series 'Winx Club: The Magic is Back'. The full season will launch in September in Italy on Rai Gulp and Rai Play, while six new episodes are already available on Netflix.
"The collaboration with Zara Larsson," declares Iginio Straffi, founder and CEO of Rainbow, "stems from a natural affinity: we share the same vision of creativity, freedom of expression and authenticity. Seeing Midnight Sun enter the Winx universe is a source of great pride, because it shows how this world continues to evolve, engaging with contemporary pop culture without losing its own identity."
